The bingo manager was in contact with me and verified my documents in less than an hour and I made my deposit of 25 and then made the withdrawal. The only thing is they only process withdrawals on certain days which causes a major delay. It took around 7 days or so to get my money. I had to do a follow up as I was worried but got the money a day or two after I followed up. Besides this I think they have a good site going and a huge amount of promotions and rewards.
