No. I am not saying it is not possible, but the overwhelming majority will not have rigged games. They don’t need to because the RTP (return to player) over time is always going to ensure they have an edge, even if it’s something high like Blackjack. If you play on a reputable site the games will also have been tested and certified by an independent test lab to ensure fairness. That involves simulations and code review, among other things. (I work in the industry).

Making a rigged game would be more trouble than it’s worth also, since if it’s discovered, that online casino would ruin their reputation and risk legal issues. And why risk that when the games will make money over time anyway? For Blackjack btw I’d recommend a sheet like this to maximise your chances.

I’ve told so many people this it’s exhausting.

They don’t need to be rigged for the casinos to profit. The house’s win% is stacked against you, whether you’re playing online or in-person. I always see people saying, “Wtf the online blackjack gave the dealer 3 blackjacks in a row! Rigged!” but these people have obviously never played at a table, because that can (and does) happen.

I tend to stay away from casino games regardless, because I have a tendency of yeeting away my hard-earned sportsbook bankroll, but I do have a softspot for slots with “free spin” features. Also I should mention while I’m here: Provably fair doesn’t mean anything. It doesn’t necessarily mean the game is rigged and they’re trying to cover it up, but it also doesn’t necessarily mean it’s fair. It basically works by saying you can check a hash through a backend and your key will match because the game is generating a seed based on that hash, or something like that. But it’d be really easy (from a back-end standpoint) to have the seeds and hashes verify while that has no bearing on the actual gameplay. It could be entirely for show, and you’d have no real way to tell.
