When you select the Bitcoin funding option, you first screen will ask you the amount you wish to deposit. There will be a minimum deposit requirement of $25 and an upper limit of $1000.
After you submit how much you want to deposit, you will receive the ewallet address information to where you will send your Bitcoin payment. You will have the option to use address string or QR code to send your Bitcoin payment, it’s all a matter of preference.
Also on this screen, you will see the current BTC to USD exchange rate, which will be locked for 15 minutes. If you agree to the current rates, send your payment now. Once you payment finishes passing through the blockchain, your Rich Palms balance should be credited.
Remember, to claim a deposit bonus, like the 285% Welcome Bonus, you will need to enter the promo code RICHTRAVEL before you deposit money into your account.

Credit Card Deposits
For many, credit card depositing will be the easiest option, as it is the option which they are most likely familiar. There will be a minimum deposit requirement of $25 and a maximum limit of $1000. Credit card deposits require a card that is backed by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Credit Card Information
You will be asked to enter your credit card information. This includes the following:
- Card Number
- Expiration Date
- CSC/CVV Code
- Amount you want to deposit
Each time you use a credit card for the first time at Rich Palms Casino, you will be asked to submit an authorization form to validate you are legal owner to credit card being used. This is the main reason why we recommended you use your real information during sign-up. Once your authorization form is approved, you will be allowed to make a deposit with that credit card.
Don’t forget that you will need to redeem any desired promo codes before you submit your deposit request.
Request a Payout
At some point you will want to request a payout from your winnings. In order to withdraw your winnings from a promotion, you will need to make sure to complete your active bonus. Once you complete the bonus, your winnings will transfer to your withdrawal balance. The original bonus amount is cannot be cashed and will be deducted from your withdrawal.
Withdraw Options
Once you have closed all active bonus, head to the Withdrawal section at the Cashier.
Currently you can receive payout in the form of BankWire, Credit Cards or Bitcoin payments. All payout options will have a minimum withdrawal amount of $100 and at most a $2000 payout, over a 7 day period. There will be payout fees for all of these options.
Wagering Requirement
When you accept a bonus code, there will be a wagering requirement associated with it to complete the bonus. The total wagering requirement is the amount you playthrough. Once a bonus is complete, you will be allowed to claim a new bonus since no more than one bonus can be active at time. Also when you complete your bonus, the winnings earned while the bonus was active will transfer to your withdrawable balance.
If you claimed a no deposit bonus, the free chip is cashable. But if claimed a deposit match bonus, the original bonus amount will be removed from your total payout.
Calculation the Wagering Requirement
There are 3 pieces of information you will need to calculate the total wagering requirement: the amount deposited, the bonus received and rollover multiplier. For the rollover multiplier, sometimes referred to as wagering requirement, you can find it inside the terms of the promotion.
Take the deposited amount and add it to the bonus amount received. With this sum, multiply it by the rollover multiplier. This will give you the total wagering requirement you would need to playthrough.
(Deposit Amount + Bonus Amount) x Rollover Multiplier
For free chip no deposit bonuses, you will need to enter for the deposit amount and the free chip is the amount of the bonus received. If you were to claim the SLOTSROCK40 bonus code, the $40 free chip comes with a x50 wagering requirement. Plugging all this into the formula, gives a $2000 total wagering that you would need to playthrough.
If you claim a deposit match bonus, it is similar to the no deposit example, except that there is now a deposit amount. For example, deposit $25 with the RICHTRAVEL promo code, would give you a 285% match bonus or $71.25 bonus amount. This promotion has a x30 wagering requirement, so your total playthrough would be $2887.50
For free spin no deposit bonuses, the spins themselves have no bonus value. The bonus received for free spins is your winnings from all of the spins combined. If you claimed the BUBBLE50 coupon code, your no deposit bonus would give you $50 free spins with a x50 wagering requirement. Lets say you won a $100 after using all the spins, your total wagering requirement would be $5000 that you would need to playthrough.
